1. Who we are
This website (hopemall-exo.com) is operated by EXO Exoskeletons ("EXO", "we", "us"). We manufacture and supply passive industrial exoskeletons to business customers worldwide. Our sales inbox is kiran.luo@hopemall-exo.com — you can reach us there for any privacy-related question.
2. What we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily provide through our inquiry forms, plus standard technical data generated by the hosting platform:
- Inquiry data: name, work email, company, country, phone (optional), industry/use case, message content, and — when you request a quote — the selected products and quantities.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs, processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and site reliability. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your quote or general inquiry, usually within one business day;
- To recommend the right exoskeleton configuration for your workforce;
- To send you documentation (manuals, specifications) you explicitly request;
- To protect the website against abuse and security threats.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal bases are: (a) your consent, given when you submit a form; (b) the legitimate interest of answering business inquiries and operating this site; and (c) pre-contractual measures where you ask for a quote.
5. Third-party services
- Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security) — processes request data as a processor under Cloudflare's data processing terms.
- Zoho Mail (email delivery of your inquiries) — Zoho Corporation, with data centers in the region you select at signup.
- Google Fonts — loads display fonts; your browser may contact Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
6. Cookies
This site does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies required for security and load balancing. No personal data is used for advertising.
7. Data retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on business opportunities, or longer where you become a customer (per our contract and accounting obligations).
8. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email kiran.luo@hopemall-exo.com — we respond within 30 days.
9. Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
