Passive frames use flexible elastic structures and replaceable energy-storage bands that store energy on forward lean or lift and release it on the return — offloading the spine and joints with zero power. Lab-verified to cut lumbar pressure by ~40% and L5/S1 disc load during repeated bending and lifting.
Every contact surface is contoured to the body so support distributes evenly and naturally. Contoured back pads, chest harnesses, and waist belts route loads away from the lumbar spine and shoulder joints, helping crews hold correct lifting form through a full shift — validated for grade II–III physical work.
